England win Four Nations opener
England's National Game XI began their Four Nations campaign with a 5-0 win over Republic of Ireland in Inverness.

Stevenage Borough midfielder Mitchell Cole inspired Paul Fairclough's side to a comfortable victory with a hat-trick.

England's other goals came from Dagenham and Redbridge midfielder Glenn Southam and Salisbury City striker Matty Tubbs.

Defending champions Wales beat Scotland 1-0 thanks to a late penalty from Llanelli's Rhys Griffiths at Dingwall.
