Manager Rob Smith says AFC Telford Utd deserve promotion after Saturday's Northern League Premier Division play-off final win over Witton Albion. "It hasn't really sunk in yet," Smith told the Shropshire Star.
"We had a chance to win the league when we were so far ahead and we had a chance again last week when we would have won it by beating Burscough.
"We've finally done it, so it's third time lucky. This club deserves it and it needed it really."
