Wins for Halifax and Grays on Tuesday confirmed Tamworth's and Southport's relegation from the Conference. Southport and Tamworth now cannot close the gap on Stafford, and are relegated along with St Albans.
Halifax climbed out of the drop zone with their 2-1 win over Crawley, while Grays' 3-0 win over Kidderminster left Altrincham in the bottom four.
But Stafford, Altrincham, Cambridge, Halifax, Crawley and Grays could all go down on the last day of the season.
