Altrincham climbed out of the Conference relegation zone with an easy win over Cambridge. They took the lead when Warren Peyton crashed in a superb 25-yard free-kick before Lewis Chalmers added the second with a low 12-yard shot.
Colin Little made it 3-0 when he scored a penalty at the second attempt after he was fouled by Andy Duncan.
Joe O'Neill's slotted in the fourth from Chalmers' cross before Chris Senior smashed in the fifth goal.
