Jonny Dixon bagged a late winner to maintain Aldershot's play-off push as they saw off the challenge of Grays. Dixon struck with three minutes left, slotting home Kirk Hudson's centre.
Rhys Day almost put Aldershot ahead early on as his header was saved by Ashley Bayes, before Bayes again made a fine save from Day's close-range shot.
Chukki Eribenne smashed a left-footed shot against the bar for Grays and Nikki Bull saved from Glenn Poole before Dixon popped up late on.
