| Conference South side Eastleigh have clinched the signing of former Southampton and Brighton defender Jason Dodd, reports BBC Radio Solent. The 35-year-old joined Brighton in June 2005 after spending 16 years playing for the Saints. He played only seven games for the Seagulls because of injury before leaving the Withdean Stadium at the end of last season. Eastleigh will unveil Dodd before Saturday's friendly with Southampton.
