Suffo had a troubled time in English football
Cameroon's World Cup striker Patrick Suffo has signed a one-year contract with Saudi Arabian club Al Ahli.

Announced by club president Ahmed Marzouki, the deal is worth $450,000.

Suffo, who has 29 caps for Cameroon, was sent off in their last match against Germany at the World Cup finals in Japan.

The Indomitable Lion was previously on the books of English club Sheffield United, but was sacked last March after a scuffle during a match against West Bromwich Albion.

Before his latest move, Suffo had been on loan at Spanish club Numancia.
