Dady scored the only goal of the game for Cape Verde

Hosts of the 2010 Africa Cup of Nations, Angola, lost 1-0 to Cape Verde in an international friendly played in Portugal on Wednesday.

Osasuna striker Dady scored the only goal of the game as he converted a 33rd minute penalty.

Both sides failed to make it to the final round of qualifying for the 2010 World Cup and Nations Cup which begins this weekend.

Angola play Morocco in another friendly in Portugal on 31 March.
