Laryea Kingston completed the scoring for Ghana as they beat Libya
Ghana had a comfortable 3-0 win over visiting Libya in Kumasi in Group 5 of the 2010 World Cup and Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Prince Tagoe opened the scoring for the Black Stars in the 16th minute.
Nottingham Forest striker Junior Agogo was on target for the second goal 10 minutes after half-time.
Laryea Kingston, who plays for Scottish club Hearts, completed the victory for Ghana after 67 minutes.
The other Group 5 game between Gabon and Lesotho in Libreville has been postponed.
The match was due to be played on Saturday but the visiting Lesotho squad failed to arrive in Gabon.
Lesotho were stuck in transit in South Africa after a strike by air traffic controllers in Gabon, which ended on Thursday, meant they could not continue their onward journey.
The Confederation of African Football will now decided what to do next, either reschedule the game or decide that one team should forfeit the match.
