Amr Zaki
Amr Zaki scored twice in the Pharoahs win over Namibia
Egypt striker Amr Zaki scored twice to help the Pharoahs beat Namibia 3-0 in a Nations Cup warm up match on Saturday.

But the Brave Warriors held out for 53 minutes before conceding the first goal to the reigning champions.

That was when Zaki pounced, scoring after a back-heel from Hosni Abd Rabou.

The veteran midfielder Ahmed Hassan won his 130th cap in the match, and celebrated with the second goal.

Zaki then wrapped up the win wiith a far-post header two minutes from time.

Egypt, the Nations Cup holders, play Mali in Abu Dhabi on Thursday in their next warm-up match for Ghana.

They will face Cameroon, Zambia and Sudan in Group C.

Namibia are also competing at the Nations Cup, and will feature in Group A, with matches against the hosts, Guinea and Morocco.
