Zaki then wrapped up the win wiith a far-post header two minutes from time.
Egypt, the Nations Cup holders, play Mali in Abu Dhabi on Thursday in their next warm-up match for Ghana.
They will face Cameroon, Zambia and Sudan in Group C.
