 Rudolphe Douala returns to St. Etienne on a two-year contract |
French side St Etienne have completed the signing of Cameroon midfielder Rudolphe Douala.
The 28-year-old moves from Portuguese side Sporting Lisbon on a two-year contract.
This will be the second spell at the Stade Geoffroy-Guichard, after he left the club for Portugal in 1998.
He spent part of last season on loan at Portsmouth, but only made seven appearances in the Premiership.
Douala becomes the third close-season signing for St Etienne, following the arrival of defender Nivaldo from Belenenses and Blaise Matuidi from Troyes.
