DR Congo striker Mohammed Tchite scored twice as Anderlecht thrashed FC Brussels 6-0 on Saturday to retain the Belgian title.
Egypt midfielder Ahmed Hassan opened the scoring in the comprehensive victory while second-placed Racing Genk lost 2-0 at Charleroi.
The results mean Anderlecht have an unassailable five-point lead with one match left, which handed them their 29th title.
Hassan set the Brussels side on their with a strike after seven minutes in a move started by Morocco midfielder Mbark Boussoufa.
Nicolas Frutos doubled the home side's lead 10 minutes later with a header from close range before his Argentine compatriot Biglia found the net in the 59th minute, his first goal of the season.
An own goal and two late strikes from Tchite sealed the points and a Champions League spot for Anderlecht.
"What a way to finish the season, to score six goals in any match is impressive but with such pressure and importance, I am just so proud of the team," Anderlecht coach Frank Vercauteren said.
Ten-man Charleroi ended Genk's hopes of claiming the title with goals in either half from Nigerian Joseph Akpala on the stroke of half-time and Orlando Dos Santos Costa with 15 minutes remaining.
The African trio have been impressive this season, with Tchite winning the Ebony Boot award two weeks ago.
Hassan finished second in the prize awarded to the best African player (or football player of African origin) in Belgium.
