Watford midfielder Albert Jarrett has received his first Sierra Leone call-up.

The 21-year-old is part of a 22-man squad for next week's 2008 African Cup of Nations qualifier against Benin.

Jarrett was born in the West African country but grew up in England where he played for Wimbledon and Brighton before joining the Premiership side Watford.

Coach John Jebbor Sherington included captain Mohamed Kallon despite the fact he is nursing an ankle injury.

Sherington is hoping for the striker's recovery in time for the Group Nine encounter in Cotonou.

Belgium-based striker Paul Kpaka returns to the team after missing the opening qualifier against Mali last month.
