Kallon won the Asian title with Ittihad |
Sierra Leone captain Mohamed Kallon has declared that he is not keen to return to French club Monaco after a one-year loan stint with Saudi Arabian side Al Ittihad.
The 27-year-old, who still has two more years on his contract with Monaco, told BBC Sport that he does not enjoy French football and wants to take on a new challenge elsewhere.
"I don't enjoy playing in France because the game there is based more on individual effort," said Kallon, who won the Asian club title with Ittihad last November.
"I am better suited to teams that play the game with a collective approach, as did my previous teams in Italy."
The former Inter Milan striker admitted he is keen to make a move to the English Premiership but would only be interested in an offer from a top side.
"I'll prefer a move to bigger teams in the Premiership and a small club, as a player of my calibre will always want to play for a top team."
