Ibrahim Salou will play for Club Bruges |
Ghana striker Ibrahim Salou is set to join Belgian first division side Club Brugge. The 26-year-old, who has scored 14 goals for rivals Zulte-Waregem, will sign a four-year deal on Friday.
Salou had been linked with a move to a number of top European clubs but says he trusted his instincts when he took this decision.
"I was not motivated by the money involved in the Brugge deal, but I think that my career will be best enhanced with them," Salou told BBC Sport on Thursday.
Salou will play his last match for Zulte-Waregem in the Belgian Cup final against Excelsior Mouscron on 13 May, before making the move.
