Kasperczak has a lot of experience in African football |
Senegal coach Henry Kasperczak has dropped defender Souleymane Diawara for a breach of discipline ahead of Wednesday's friendly against Ivory Coast in France.
According to reports Diawara, who plays for French team Sochaux, had travelled to Paris for a night out on Monday without the approval of the coaching staff.
Wednesday's match in the city of Tours will serve as a warm-up for Senegal and Ivory Coast who begin playing qualifying matches in September for the 2008 African Nations Cup.
It will be Polish-born Kasperczak's first match as Senegal's coach since he was named in May.
He coached the Ivory Coast in 1993 and 1994.
