Francisco Fonseca scored twice as World Cup finalists Mexico defeated DR Congo 2-1 in a friendly match on Friday in Mexico City.
Fonseca headed in his country's first goal just after three minutes.
He followed up with the second goal in the 41st minute after connecting from a corner kick.
The Congolese rallied and got their consolation five minutes into the second-half through striker Mbokani staged.
DR Congo are using the match in preparation towards the African Nations Cup qualifiers which starts in September.
