Austin Eguavoen's Nigeria stay on top of the African rankings

Nigeria keep their place as Africa's top team, maintaining their 12th position in the global rankings.

Cameroon's Indomitable Lions remain in second place, with the Central African Republic being the continent's most improved side.

But their two moves above their previous ranking only leaves them in 181st place.
