The Super Eagles will wear the Adidas logo at the Nations Cup
Sportswear giants Adidas have agreed to sponsor the Nigerian Super Eagles for the next two years.

The German-based company, who are the world's second biggest sporting goods firm, will supply the Super Eagles with playing kit.

The deal comes just three months after Nigeria's former sponsor, Nike, decided not to renew its deal with the team.

Adidas will pay US$100,000 for each year to the Nigerian Football Association (NFA) as part of the deal.

American giants Nike pulled out of their kit deal with the Super Eagles in August citing business reasons.

The new deal means that the Super Eagles will have new Adidas kit in time for the Nations Cup in Tunisia in January next year.
