South Africa 3-1 Cameroon
South Africa booked their place in the final with a convincing win over Cameroon on Sunday.
Veronica Phewa set the South Africans on their way to victory with a 9th minute goal, before Antonia Carelse doubled the lead after 58 minutes.
Christiane Mbida halved the deficit for Cameroon midway through the second half but South Africa's Portia Modise put the tie beyond the Cameroonians with her 79th minute strike.
South Africa go on to meet hosts Nigeria in Thursday's final in Abuja, while Cameroon will play Mali for third place a day earlier in Kaduna.
Nigeria 3-1 Mali
Hosts Nigeria were the first team through to the final after their 3-1 victory over Mali on Sunday.
Although the Nigerians conceded their first goal of the tournament en route to victory, Mali's lone strike was just one of two chances they had throughout the tie.
In contrast, the hosts fired 19 shots at Malian goalkeeper Bamba Djeneba and scored on three occasions.
Nigeria will approach Thursday's final in buoyant mood, knowing they have scored 16 goals in four games.
