Kenya's Harambee Stars are to tour China in September in preparation for the African Nations Cup finals in Tunisia. Kenya Football Federation (KFF) officials have confirmed that the national team will play two international friendlies against China's national side in Beijing.
"These two friendlies will go a long way in preparing Harambee Stars for the preliminary round of the 2006 World Cup qualifier against Tanzania later this year and January's Africa Cup of Nations finals in Tunisia," a KFF official said.
Kenya beat Cape Verde 1-0 on Saturday to top Group Five and reached their first continental finals since 1992.
