Nigeria qualify for World Cup
| | Nigeria's Golden Eaglets beat Egypt 3-1 on Saturday to qualify for the Under-17 World Championships in Finland. The match was a third place play-off at the current U-17 African Championships in Swaziland. Cameroon and Sierra Leone play in Sunday's final in Mbabane.
