Sichone gave no commitment to play |
Zambia's FA will not use Moses Sichone and Andrew Sinkala in this weekend's Nations Cup match against Tanzania.
Officials said Sichone and Sinkala had demanded "VIP treatment" and a bigger match fee than the rest of their colleagues.
The pair play in the German second division for FC Cologne and were accused by officials of being "too slow" in making up their minds on whether they were honour a call-up.
Zambia's side have already left for Tanzania, stopping en route in Kigali for two friendly games against Rwanda.
They drew 1-1 with their hosts on Saturday night and won 3-0 on Monday.
The Zambian squad travelled without three of their foreign-based players, who might join the team in Tanzania.
They are goalkeeper Davies Phiri from Lamontville Golden Arrows in South Africa, defender Sashi Chalwe from Mamelodi Sundowns(Also in South Africa)and Elijah Tana, now with Petro Atletico in Angola.
Zambia have four points - out of a possible six - from their first two matches in qualifying group three.
In contrast, Tanzania have lost both of their opening matches and were beaten 4-0 in a friendly in Kenya on Sunday.
