Last season's beaten finalists Carlisle will host Sheffield Wednesday in the northern area semi-finals of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.

In the other northern area semi, Huddersfield will travel to Tranmere.

In the southern section, Brentford entertain Charlton and Exeter make the trip to Bristol Rovers.

Three of the games will be played in the week commencing 29 November, with the remaining tie televised on Tuesday, 14 December.
