England remain sixth but Northern Ireland have moved up four places to 41st and the Republic of Ireland have risen one spot to 32nd.
Italy are down three places to 16th, their lowest ranking.

Wales, who lost their most recent Euro 2012 qualifier to Switzerland 4-1, have been as low as 109th in 2000.
Scotland, who have kicked off their qualifying campaign with a win, a draw and two defeats, stooped to 86th in 2004.
