Marseille security boss accuses Chelsea of mistreatment
Cazadamont claims he was thrown out by Chelsea security officers
Marseille's head of security Guy Cazadamont has claimed he was ejected from Stamford Bridge at the Champions League match with Chelsea on Tuesday.
"I was grabbed round the waist and was eventually thrown out of the stadium," said Cazadamont.
Cazadamont complained that travelling stewards were prevented from working and that some away fans with tickets were locked out of the match.
Chelsea say they will inform Uefa of the outcome of their own investigation.
"I have never experienced such a reception in a European competition," said Cazadamont.
"I was expecting something else since everything always went pretty well when we played in Liverpool, Bolton, Manchester or Newcastle."
We won't be commenting further until those investigations are complete
Chelsea statement
In addition to the claims that Marseille fans with legitimate tickets being denied admission, there were reports that banners were confiscated.
Cazadamont also said he was unable to speak to his Chelsea counterpart as he attempted to intervene at the away fans' section of the ground, instead having to deal with the Stamford Bridge stewards.
And he has stated that 22 of Marseille's own stewards who had travelled from France were made to sit down rather than being permitted to supervise away fans.
"There were a number of incidents at Tuesday evening's game involving the away support, all of which are being fully investigated," read a statement from the English side.
"We won't be commenting further until those investigations are complete and the results have been shared with Uefa."
Marseille lost 2-0 to first-half goals from John Terry and Nicolas Anelka.
The French champions have yet to register a point in Group F after a 1-0 defeat by Spartak Moscow at the Stade Velodrome in their opening game.
