St Clement started their Division Three campaign with a 2-1 win over Magpies on Wednesday evening.
St Clement's goals came from Jack Scurr and Scott Laverty, while Kevin Le Long was the Magpies' sole scorer.
Rozel Rovers were also on form, as they beat St John 3-2, putting their opening day defeat by St Ouen behind them.
Craig Robbins, Dave Hutchinson and Ryan Poingdestre were the scorers for Rovers, while Ade Dixon and Neil Thomas were on target for St John.
