Celtic midfielder James Forrest is in line for his first Scotland Under-21 cap after being called up to Billy Stark's latest squad.

Scotland are away to Belarus on 3 September and host Austria four days later in the final games of their European finals qualification campaign.

The Scots are a point behind Austria and equal on points with Belarus.

Forrest, 19, has been highly praised after breaking into the Celtic first-team under Neil Lennon this season.

He was forced to pull out through injury the last time he was named in Stark's squad.

Forrest scored for Celtic in Sunday's 4-0 win over St Mirren in the Scottish Premier League.
