Barcelona 1-0 Inter Milan (2-3 on aggregate): Jose Mourinho's Inter enter the Nou Camp looking to do what no team has managed since Manchester United in 2008 and knock Barca out of the Champions League
Pep Guardiola's Barca side, out-played at the San Siro, must overcome their deficit without suspended captain Carlos Puyol and against hard-working opposition that showed they can keep Lionel Messi out of the game
The hosts line-up 3-4-3 but appear to begin with a flat-back four, an immaterial change given the space and time the visitors allow the Barca attack - Messi excepted - in the opening 15 minutes
Inter line up, as in Milan, without a single Italian in the team while their opponents field five players brought through their youth academy but it's Sweden's Zlatan Ibrahimovic receiving the man-marking treatment
The visitors' game plan is obvious from the start - taking every opportunity to kill the pace of the game, dawdle in possession and prohibit Barca's movement, much to the frustration of the home side
Thiego Motta sees a straight red on the half-hour for catching Sergei Busquets in the face, a decision brought by the Barca player's reaction and made worse by Motta's rage at his perceived mistreatment
The game is also the first to see brothers on opposing teams in the Champions League as Diego Milito, on the scoresheet in the first leg, goes up against younger sibling Gaby Milito, brought in to replace Puyol
Inter double up in defence, forcing Barca to come inside, but the one opening Messi can create - beating his man and curling a low shot with his left - finds Julio Cesar match it with a brilliant save
The Northern Italian side stick their midfield in front of Messi and Xavi, so often the puppeteer of football matches, cutting off both the attack and invention of the Catalans
With Barca being ground to a standstill it may be unfair to say that Ibrahimovic fails in another big game but Guardiola replaces him with Bojan Krkic only for the teenager to fluff a great chance from six yards
With 12 minutes left, Xavi has space to thread a ball through the Inter defence to emergency striker Gerard Pique who turns two men before smashing the ball in to an empty net - one more goal and Barca are through
Barca have the ball in the net again but Bojan's strike is chalked off, harshly perhaps, for handball by Yaya Toure, meaning Mourinho is victorious and heading to the Bernabau final to face Bayern Munich
