Oxford City manager Mike Ford has demanded an improvement from his squad in the second half of the season.

City lie seventh in the Southern League Premier and face table-topping Farnborough on Saturday.

"It's a real big six to seven games for this group of players" said Ford who wants a play-off push.

"I've given reasons why we've not picked up points, but at some stage the players have got to grow up and make experienced decisions."
