Tamer Tuna marked his full Charlton debut with a goal as the Addicks beat Barnet to progress to the Johnstone's Paint Trophy quarter-finals.
Barnet had taken the lead through John O'Flynn from Michael Hughes's lay-off.
But Charlton then took control, Izale McLeod equalising with a deflected shot before Tuna raced clear of the defence and found the corner of the net.
Nick Bailey added a third from the spot after Joe Tabiri fouled McLeod before Scott Wagstaff's drive sealed it.
