A fine first-half display saw Crawley move into the play-off places with victory over Altrincham.

Lewis Killeen slotted in from close range in the third minute then Michael Malcolm supplied the cross for leading scorer Jamie Cook to drive home.

Thomas Pinault fired past Altrincham goalkeeper Andrew Ralph from 12 yards before half-time and substitute Jon-Paul Pittman missed a late penalty.

Pittman atoned for his error deep into injury-time by heading the fourth.
