Truro City will hope to bounce back from their midweek FA Cup defeat at Chippenham Town as they go to Cinderford Town in the FA Trophy.
It is the first ever match in the Trophy for City, who won the FA Vase two seasons ago at Wembley.
Cinderford are a place above City in the Southern League's Division One South and West.
They are a point in front of City and, similarly to the Cornish side, have not lost a league game all season.
City lost out 4-2 in extra time in the FA Cup second preliminary round to Chippenham Town on Tuesday.
