Hosts Jersey have won the inaugural Appleby Women's Football Island Challenge Trophy after beating the Isle of Wight on penalties in the decider.
Jersey took a 2-0 lead through Louise Van Der Vliet and Suzanne Rosser, but goals from Samantha Hayles and Danielle Merrifield forced penalties.
But Jersey won 7-6 on spot-kicks on Sunday after 18 penalties were taken.
Jersey manager Tony Hoyland said: "I'm delighted for the girls, they've worked so hard all year.
He added: "It's just reward for all the work they've put in."
Isle of Wight beat Isle of Man 2-1 on Friday, with Jersey beating the same opponents 3-2 on Saturday.
