St John and St Paul's make final
First Tower winning the Colin Welsh Trophy in 2005
St Paul's and St John will bid to take over from First Tower as cup winners
St Paul's have the chance to avenge last year's women's cup final defeat after beating bottom of the table St Brelade 9-0 in Sunday's semi final.

Suzanne Rosser got a hat-trick while Jemma Daniel and Gemma Dunning got two each as they eased through to the final of the Colin Welsh Trophy.

They will face third-placed St John, who beat fourth-placed Jersey Wanderers 2-0 in the other semi final.

Lynette Ferguson and Jo Fuller got the goals which sent them to Springfield.

St Paul's lost 1-0 to First Tower in the final last season. This season's final will be on Thursday, 10 April.
