Division C leaders Jersey Wanderers beat Rozel Rovers 4-2 in the G4S Security Services Trophy semi-final. Jon Chapman scored twice, Scott Young once, and an own goal completed the scoring, while Joe Gouyette and Lee Kent provided Rozel with their two.
In the other semi-final, second-placed Grouville beat St Brelade 5-2, as Sammy Wright scored a hat-trick and Henry Le Maistre and Sam Baldwin also netted.
Saints' Gary Hirst and Mike Donoghue scored as Gary McDonald was sent off.
The final is at Springfield on Tuesday, 22 April with a 1930 GMT kick-off.
