St Paul's are the only Division One Reserve side left in the Dog Club Trophy, with the remaining three teams all Division Two Reserve sides. St Clement beat last season's finalists St Peter 4-3 thanks to a Matt Rawlings hat-trick and a goal from Paul Andrews.
Division Two Reserve leaders Portuguese Club cruised to a 4-0 win over Nomads.
Bobby Melim and Stephen du Four gave Sporting Academics a 2-1 victory against Trinity while St Paul's beat Rozel Rovers 3-1.
St Clement will now face the Accies in the semi-finals and St Paul's will take on Portuguese Club.
