Cornish FA look for public ideas
Cornwall FA
How would you like to see Cornish football develop?
The Cornish Football Association are to hold a series of meetings to find out what people in the county think of the sport at a grass roots level.

It is part of the FA National Game Strategy and includes focussing on improving the skills of under-11s.

"It's important that we get feedback on what people think needs to be done at a local level" said Cornwall FA County Secretary Barry Cudmore.

Other strategy aims are to up participation and raise standards.

Dates of the meetings
Bodmin FC - Tuesday 12th February
Penzance FC - Monday 18th February
The Trelawney Room, New County Hall, Truro - 25th February
Launceston FC - Thursday 28th February
All meetings start at 7pm

"We want to ensure the strategy delivers for Cornish football during the next four years" added Mr Cudmore.

There will be four events held in February which are open to anyone with an interest in the game.
