England's U16 side will be the next national team to get the chance to play at the new Wembley Stadium. Following England U21s' 3-3 draw with Italy last month, Kenny Swain's side will face Spain on 28 April.
Swain said: "It is a marvellous opportunity for the players to play at one of the best stadiums in the world."
The FA have yet to confirm a Wembley date for England's senior side although it is expected Brazil will play Steve McClaren's team at the end of May.
The match is expected to be part of the preparations for the vital Euro 2008 qualifier against Estonia in Tallinn on 6 June, although it is also anticipated Germany will be lined up for a clash at the ground on 22 August.
The U16 match will be the first meeting between the two countries at this level since Cesc Fabregas starred in a Spanish side that emerged 1-0 victors at Darlington.
Swain added: "I am really looking forward to what will be a fantastic tribute to youth football," said Swain.
