Maceo Rigters has helped Netherlands Under-21s to the final

The NAC Breda striker has been linked with a number of clubs, including Celtic and Newcastle United.

And Rigters agent, Tom Smit, told the Daily Mail: "After the final on Saturday, we will talk with the Rigters family and with NAC.

"We want to discuss the conditions under which he can go."

Smit believes a clause in Rigters' contract will allow him to leave for a small fee, while Breda insist the clause does not exist.

The agent admits that Celtic have yet to make a formal offer but knows of their interest.

"When you score goals, people will always watch you and there will be maybe 10 clubs watching Maceo against Serbia in the final," added Smit.

"The first thing any interested club must do, and I include Celtic, is to speak to NAC.

"I do not know of any contact so far between Celtic and NAC.

"But I do know that it is the opinion of Maceo that Celtic is very appealing."
