Haveron completes Ballymena move
Gary Haveron
Gary Haveron has agreed to join Ballymena United
Ballymena United manager Tommy Wright has swooped to sign Gary Haveron from under the noses of Lisburn Distillery.

Haveron, who can play in central defence or midfield, has signed a two- year deal with the Showgrounds club.

Wright has also snapped up former Nottingham Forest and Ballyclare defender Craig McLean and re-signed Albert Watson and Dominic Melly.

Jim Grattan has been named as Wright's assistant and Geoff Montgomery and David Dorrian join the backroom staff.

Montgomery and Dorrian both worked with the new United boss at Limavady.

Meanwhile the club also hope to hold onto out-of-contract midfielder Oran Kearney who has been attracting the attention of Linfield.
