Liverpool and Hull have completed a swap deal involving young English players Paul Anderson and John Welsh. The Premiership side welcome 17-year-old winger Anderson to their ranks, and he will join the new-look elite reserve squad at Anfield.
England U-21 midfielder Welsh has been on-loan at Hull all season.
Anderson joined Hull as a trainee last summer but did not make a first-team appearance, while Welsh, 21, started three senior games for the Reds.
