Burscough player-manager Shaun Teale has sealed an emotional return to Villa Park after his team beat Aylesbury to reach the final of the FA Trophy. Burscough won the semi-final second leg 1-0 to go through 2-1 on aggregate.
Teale, who spent four years at Villa, said on Friday: "It'd be an unbelievable achievement to go back there and play in a cup final at 39.
"It would be beyond my dreams anyway, because the older you get, the more you think it's never going to happen again."
Tamworth were held to a 1-1 draw by Havant & Waterlooville in the other semi-final, but go through following their 1-0 win last Saturday.
The final between Burscough and Tamworth will be staged on 18 May.
