World Cup boss Chris Dehring insists all the Caribbean venues will be ready for the tournament next March. Doubts have been expressed about whether the redevelopment of stadia such as Jamaica's Sabina Park will be completed in time for the event.
But Dehring said: "It is full steam ahead across the region, everyone is moving forward as planned.
"We have just over 300 days to go and everyone concerned is working assiduously to ensure no time is lost."

Following construction delays at Sabina Park, there have been suggestions that the game's governing body, the International Cricket Committee (ICC), could ask other neigbouring countries to step in.
But Dehring says that will be done as a last resort - and on the organisers' terms.
"Of course, we have a back-up plan in place and it is currently being reviewed by the ICC," he admitted.
"That plan will only be implemented if absolutely necessary. There is no one country being earmarked to take matches assigned to another host venue.
"This is not a decision that can be made by anyone outside of ICC Cricket World Cup West Indies 2007."
