Under King, the Windies have lost to Australia, England and Sri Lanka | West Indies cricket officials are to conduct a review of coach Bennett King and his four-man staff amid concerns over the side's poor performance. The move is in response to a formal call from the Guyana Cricket Board for an evaluation of their performance. A four-man team, including Deryck Murray and Desmond Haynes, will submit a report by 15 February. Since King's appointment in October 2004 the West Indies have won only a home Test against Pakistan last year. King's all-Australian staff includes the coach, manager, assistant manager, physiotherapist and trainer. Their combined salaries are reported at $1m (560,000).
