Bowler Ajit Agarkar has been declared fit for the one-day series that kicks off India's tour of South Africa.

Indian cricket official Niranjan Shah said: "[Team physio] John Gloster took a fitness assessment of Agarkar's left hand injury and has passed him fit."

Agarkar suffered a fracture in his left thumb during the Champions Trophy match against West Indies last month.

India leave for South Africa on Monday. The first one-day international is in Johannesburg on 19 November.
