England A drew the rain-affected second 'Test' against their Bangladesh counterparts in Bogra after the home side batted out the final day. England declared on 251-8 overnight, 99 runs ahead of their hosts.
Graham Onions dismissed Jahurul Islam with his first ball for a duck and also claimed Mehrab Hossain.
But Bangladesh put on 127 for the third wicket, Nasiruddin Faruque scoring 31 from 130 balls and skipper Tushar Imran notching an unbeaten 128.
Faruque was eventually caught by Matt Prior off the bowling of Alex Loudon in the 50th over of the innings.
Prior took his third catch of the innings to dismiss Marshal Ayub off the bowling of Stuart Broad for 14, while Loudon trapped Mosharaf Hossain lbw for four to give him his second wicket.
However, the match fizzled out as a draw, with Bangladesh reaching 218-7 at close of play.
