Stephen Moore has hit three centuries this season |
Derbyshire have put in an approach to talk to Worcestershire opener Stephen Moore about signing for the county. The 27-year-old, who is top of the New Road first-class averages, is out of contract at the end of the season. And Derbyshire chief executive Tom Sears has confirmed to BBC Hereford and Worcester that they have put in 28 days notice to approach the player. Moore has been one of the county's most consistent batsmen in four-day cricket, but is not playing the one-day game.
