Bell skippered Warwickshire to CB40 success in September |
England Batsman Ian Bell has been awarded a benefit year by Warwickshire for the 2011 season. Bell, who heads for Australia for the winter Ashes series at the end of the week, made his Bears first-team debut in 2001 at the age of 19. The Coventry-born player said: "My whole life is around Warwickshire and I've enjoyed every minute of it. "I'm very honoured to have been given a benefit and hopefully I can carry on for a long time."
