Somerset's former England opener Marcus Trescothick says the county must win both their remaining Pro40 games to be confident of avoiding relegation.

They play their last home match against Worcestershire at Taunton today.

Trescothick told BBC Radio Bristol: "We aren't getting to grips with one-day games. We need to think on our feet.

"We're a bit inconsistent. Individuals need to get their own games in order so they can perform in a high-pressure one-day environment."
